– 평일 주간 3시간 기준, 토·일·공휴일은 평일의 30% 가산, 야간사용은 해당 주간 사용료에 20%
단, Sky Box는 야간 30% 징수
– 주·야 시간 구분 : (주간) 06:00 ~ 19:00, (야간, 기타) 19:00 ~ 익일 06:00
– 부속시설사용료(전기료, 냉·난방 등) 및 주차장 사용료는 별도 산정 징수
※ 기타 유휴면적 사용에 대해서는 재단 산출근거 적용

○ 관람사용료
￭ 관람권(초대권 포함)을 발행한 행사
– 체육행사, 공공행사, 문화예술행사 : 관람수입 총액의 10%
– 프로경기 등 일반경기 및 행사 : 관람수입 총액의 25%

￭ 관람권 발행하지않은 행사 :입장인원 1인당 1,000원(입장객 최소10,000명기준)
○ 부속시설사용료, 중계방송료, 상업사용료, 주차장사용료는 관련규정에 근거 징수
□ 대관계획
○ 주경기장
– 축구경기를 우선 대관, 경기가 없는 기간에 잔디생육에 지장이 없는 범위내에서
대규모 문화행사(관람인원 2만 이상) 대관
※ 단, 잔디그라운드를 사용하지 않는 행사는 상시 대관 가능
– 대관일정 중복 시 재단규정 우선순위에 의건 대관승인
○ 중앙광장 및 부설주차장, 기타시설
– 주경기장 행사와 중복되지 않는 경우에 한하여 상시 대관
– 기타 재단이 필요로 하는 행사에 대해서는 협의가능
□ 대관절차
1. 신청서(공문 등) 제출, 행사계획서를 첨부하여 제출
2. 접수 완료 후 내부 검토(행사의 적합성, 안전대책 등 종합적 검토), 승인통보
3. 승인통보후 사용허가일로부터 3일 이내 기본사용료 전액 및 예치금(추정사용료의
10%) 사전납부
4. 사용일 이전 지정기일까지 잔액 납부, 사전업무협의 및 허가조건(별도대관계약
체결) 준수하여 행사진행
5. 행사 종료 후 원상복구 및 사용료 정산(7일 이내)
